Yes. All students and graduates are able to access telephone and email support during and after qualification with us. We also have a private student forum, where students can engage with other students, graduates and tutors for continued support and development.
Additionally, all of our newly qualified hypnotherapists are advised to engage in supervision (sometimes referred to as ‘clinical supervision’). This is not mandatory (by us), but useful if you feel you need a helping hand. It is, however, a mandatory requirement for some professional associations, which is why we provide it as an option. It’s 100% up to you if you choose to do it though.
Supervision is available face-to-face in London and via Skype / telephone. To learn more about supervision CLICK HERE
Yes. All students are asked to obtain “student insurance” before the start of weekend two, once qualified you can upgrade to full hypnotherapist insurance (they’ll need to see your certificate). Student hypnotherapy insurance is usually easily affordable (around £30-45 per annum – guideline)
Existing therapists may be able to add hypnotherapy to their existing policy. Details of our recommended insurance companies will be provided upon booking.
Don’t worry, because although fairly comprehensive, you will be fully prepared for the course examination process (both with in-class activities, engagement with homework and also a number of mock exams to prepare you).
If it were to happen that you ended up requiring a re-sit, we’d give you the first re-sit absolutely free (additional re-sits, if required, would be at extra cost).
As mentioned above, completion of all homework is a mandatory requirement of the course. All homework activities must be completed (in a timely manner) in order for you to pass the course and receive your certification.
Late submissions of homework (i.e. after the exam weekend) are not accepted. All homework must be completed and returned for marking before the final weekend of the course.
If by the final course weekend, you still have outstanding homework (regardless of how well you do in the exam), you will not be eligible for certification.
Yes. This highly sought-after qualification not only meets the international training standards of the National Guild of Hypnotists, but it has also been further enhanced to meet the National Occupational Standards and also the UK Core Curriculum too.
The course material has been assessed and accredited at practitioner level by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK), the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP and the Federation of Holistic Therapists:
That’s not surprising. A lot of so-called “hypnotherapy trainers” (and even some supposedly “respectable” training schools, colleges or institutions) are out to make a quick profit and do not care about the quality of training provided. They probably won’t even care if you finish training with them and still can’t do hypnotherapy, because they’re more interested in lining their own pockets. As with most things, you get what you pay for…
If you just want a piece of paper that says “Qualified Hypnotherapist” you can save yourself some money and print one out yourself for less than £1. However, if you are looking for one of the top hypnotherapy training courses available in the UK, a real practical learning experience, an internationally recognised and respected qualification and continued professional support from trainers who do care about your success, then you’re in the right place!
