I gained greater self confidence and self awareness, more inner peace and knowledge in the ability of the mind to heal itself.

People fascinate me and I love to meet the new clients that come to my therapy space. I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life find comfort and serenity in their everyday life. I help people suffering with depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, lack of confidence, smoking, weight control, insomnia, migraines, nail biting, obsessions, panic attacks, fears, phobias and much more.

Caren is relaxed and caring, with a keen and focused attention to detail. She always puts the client first.
