1-to-1 Bespoke Hypnotherapy Training

We provide 1-to-1 bespoke hypnotherapy training. Whether you are a complete novice, would like some general refresher training, or are seeking focused training at an advanced practitioner level, we are able to provide the specific hypnotherapy training you require.

If you are unsure of what you need, we can conduct a knowledge and skills analysis prior to formulating your training plan.

Types of 1-to-1 Bespoke Hypnotherapy Training

Foundation Training

This is ideal if you have no experience, or if you have limited understanding or knowledge, of delivering hypnotherapy. We start with an evaluation of your training needs, so that we can plan and deliver hypnotherapy training that will best suit your needs. Foundation-level training can range from a few hours up to practitioner level.

Specialist Training

If you require focused training on a particular field or specific topic, then bespoke in-depth specialist training can help you get the knowledge and skills that you need to add to your professional practice.

Refresher Training

If it has been a while since you studied hypnotherapy, or you have had a career break, or you simply would like to gain more confidence, we can offer a general knowledge/ skill update. This starts with a discussion and evaluation of your hypnotherapy knowledge and skills, which then informs a training programme that is completely focused around your professional development.

Advanced Training & Business Mentoring

You may have reached that point in your career where you would like to engage in further training to advance your practice, yet have broader interests than may be covered in specialist training. Advanced training and business mentoring can take your knowledge, skills and business performance to another level.

About Your Trainer

Dr Kate Beaven-Marks is a highly qualified and diversely experienced clinical hypnotist and hypnotherapist, with extensive specialist training including medical hypnosis, NLP, REBT, H-CBT, EMDR, IEMT, addictions and trauma.

Her skills and knowledge are supported by eight years of research into hypnotherapy teaching and learning for her Doctorate, together with Masters degrees in Psychology and Health Management.

Kate teaches with HypnoTC, both on the practitioner training and CPD. In addition, she teaches hypnotherapy to specialist teams within the NHS.

She has hypnotherapy practices in West London and East London, and also regularly works with a London teaching hospital, providing training for medical staff and also using hypnotherapy with in-patients and day cases.

With a keen interest in raising standards within the profession, she is a member of the Hypnotherapy Profession Specific Board with the voluntary regulator, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is also President and Chair of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH). In addition, she writes articles for prominent publications, and regularly speaks at both national and international conferences.

Booking 1-to-1 Bespoke Hypnotherapy Training

Whether you have a clear idea of what training you need, or simply would like to develop beyond where you are currently, I can work with you to design the right training for your needs.

Our standard training fees are:

£1675 per day (7 hours)
£975 per half-day (3.5 hours)
£495 per quarter-day (2 hours)

Training is generally provided in person in London, UK, at a conveniently located venue. Training is also available via Zoom. If you require training elsewhere, please get in touch for rates that will include travel, accommodation and room hire.

A training manual preparation fee may apply where there are non-standard, specialist needs.
