Before I enrolled on the HypnoTC course I researched different hypnotherapy courses. I had a chat with Kate and attended the taster session, as I wanted to be sure I was enrolling on the right course. I am pleased that I enrolled on the HypnoTC course. I appreciated the syllabus, the different approaches, including from behavioural to regression. The course is well-structured throughout, full of references that you can explore if you wish.
The course materials were very helpful for me, and I like reference to materials so I can study further if I would like. The course structure for me worked well. Homework was overwhelming but definitely needed for development of skills. Especially, at first, I didn’t understand some of the techniques and after homework they became clear and I could practice on others.
This is a highly enjoyable course, but needs to be taken seriously. It’s in-depth, engaging and demanding. It covers a wide range of topics in great detail. The course materials are extensive and the teaching is top notch.
This course is professional and first class. The material and structure of the course has given me the confidence and ability, with the knowledge, to work as a successful hypnotherapist. The teaching and support has been in-depth and Dr Kate is always there, giving students understanding, advice and her huge range of knowledge.
The course materials are very well structured. The serve as a reference for my professional career where I can always look up techniques and therapy approaches. The course is very professional, very organised and very challenging – I enjoyed every moment of it. The location is perfect. Teaching and tutor support are super professional and students are challenged but also set up for success.
I chose this course because of the professional impression Dr Kate gave me in relation to the structure, depth of learning and content of the course. The structure was fantastic. It felt overwhelming at first, but as we progressed, I realised every aspect was the foundation for the next learning experience. I felt totally prepared and supported as I begin my journey as a hypnotherapist. I cannot thank Dr Kate and her team enough for their faultless support, encouragement and guidance. I’ll start at the beginning. When I first saw the Week 1 notes, I was shocked – and this was only the first week. But what an invaluable resource! The two lever-arch files I now have of notes are priceless. The structure is excellent. At first it didn’t make sense, but the more I learned, the more everything began to slot into place. The 10 months have flown by, and I think it is the right duration. Who could fault the location! I live in West London and it was perfect for me. The venue is beautiful and comfortable. Kate and the team have been incredible for teaching and support and have been all-round brilliant people.
Dr Kate has a great talent to teach people. It was always very interesting at her classes, with a lot of demos, client stories, valuable advice for our practice and with a great sense of humour. The course is intense and you need real commitment to pass it. Course materials are comprehensive, exploring all theory and techniques in great detail. You will also have videos so you will definitely understand and learn techniques. The location where you’ll have your classes are just extraordinary – a beautiful hotel that makes you feel very special.
Great course notes. Great videos. Great location. If the course was 12 months, it could spread the homework out more.
The location was outstanding and made the course feel even more professional. We had super supportive teachers with a personal touch when needed. The duration was perfect and fitted the course content just right.
Highly recommend this course for anyone learning, to start a new challenge with ample rewards – curiousity, learning and fun. The course material was very thorough and easy to follow. The course structure felt well planned and fair. It felt like a lot of topics were covered across a short space of time. Some, I felt, needed longer at times. The location was perfect. Kate’s teaching approach is firm but fair, and tutor support was helpful whenever requested.
The course notes were extremely comprehensive and well-structured. During the course I felt as though I needed a longer period for study due to the amount of homework. However, about 3/4 of the way through the course, I felt ready to come to the end of the course. The location was easy for me to travel to, very central and prestigious. I enjoyed the flow of the course, and liked to ready the notes pre-weekend. It also helped me to get into the mindset for the weekend. I felt supported by both Kate and her team. I knew if there was anything needed, they would be on hand to help and guide me. I would recommend this course. If you are working full-time be prepared to put in the commitment – it can feel overwhelming, but as time passes it will get easier.
The course material is high quality and comprehensive. The course structure offers a good mix of listening and interactive parts (demos, group actiities, etc). I found the duration of the course intense and would have preferred it to be 18 months. The location is spot on and fantastic. The teaching was perfect. Good quality, clear delivery; amazing, experienced and skilled teacher. The tutor support was good, with a hint of humour.
The course is extremely well run with clear and relevant information. There is a lot too learn and it’s not easy, but it is obtainable and Kate is a mine of information should you need any questions answered. The course runs at pace and is very well delivered and organised. There are many ways of learning addressed throughout; with demonstrations, course hand-outs, videos and quizzes, all used to get information across. The rest is up to you! It takes commitment and dedication but is in-depth and thorough, and gives the confidence to set up your own practice when you leave.
The course is intense but I feel it is the right balance. I really enjoyed all the practicals. The material, including the online videos, were super useful.
The course materials were very useful as they detail all the topics and techniques in a clear and precise manner which we can always refer to. The course structure and duration was very well spaced out, but the amount of homework and watching videos was quite hefty. However, if the course was not challenging, I would not have learned as much as I did. The teaching and tutor support was excellent, with a lot of knowledge and experience.
I am a huge fan of in-person study and by coming to these teaching weekends every month, we have really benefitted from this style of learning. Plus you can’t find a better location to study in than this beautiful hotel. There are high expectations of each student from the beginning, and yes, at times your resolve will be tested, but it is absolutely worth it. Such a high level of training requires a high level of input, but stay organised and positive and you will realise just how much you have benefitted from this course. Hypnotherapy is such a fascinating subject. I am so pleased that I took the leap and signed up for this course.
The course structure is very conducive to learning. It ties in very well with your understanding; the teaching is timely with the notes you have been given; and the course materials could not be better. The depth of the course feels like a thorough post-graduate degree study. The homework is intense, but RELEVANT to current practice; even history is included. The location is peaceful and prestigious, with variety of rooms. Customer etiquette is amazing.
The detailed course materials are easy to read and engage with. I really liked the course structure – especially the face to face practicals. I would have preferred a longer course, and to learn more about REBT and ACT. The location is easy to access and has gorgeous rooms. Dr Kate provided excellent teaching and easy explanations in class.
I feel like I have everything I need to get my business set up. The course is thorough and balanced, but it’s not for the lightweight in terms of coursework and homework.
This was such a comprehensive and well-structured course, designed specifically to be able to go out into the real world and treat clients in a successful and positive way, delivering therapeutic gains, which is everything that was important to me. The location was simply superb and spectacular, which served to enhance the depth and gravity of the intention behind the course and the depths that it filtered through into your subconscious, knowing you were walking into a beautiful and historical place in history.

This was a well-structured, content-rich academic course. It was so refreshing to be taught face-to-face as this greatly increases learning and understanding. Great tutors who push you and support your success. When you receive that diploma, you know you have more than earned it!
